Interim Management

Interim Managers are Executive level (CEO, CFO, COO) professionals ready to put their extensive skills to work in your business, generally for a short time frame (about 3-18 months). An interim executive can be the right choice in several situations:

• when the company is “testing out” the need for an executive position (often true of entrepreneurial companies considering the next stage of growth),
   
• when the company is undergoing an extensive search for a replacement position (an interim may be a better choice than hastily promoting someone in-house, or doing without),
   
• or when an owner is preparing to retire but has no clear choice or option for a successor identified.
